UK DELIVERY TIMES
Standard delivery aim 14 working days.
Because all of our products are made to order in the UK, when we’re busy it can take longer to post out to you. Normally we will post your order within 4 days but we say up to 14 days to cover busy periods and supply issues. If you have an urgent order please feel free to email us at hello@magicmirroruk.com to bump your order up the production queue.

In some circumstances we may have to use other couriers or different services to get parcels delivered in the time frame listed. If there is going to be a delay we will contact you right away.
International Delivery
If you order Goods from our site for delivery to an International Delivery Destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
RETURNS
We will contact you if there is an excessive delay in sending out your goods.
Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of dispatch and if they are in the exact same condition they were dispatched in. The protective film across the mirror tiles MUST NOT BE REMOVED. Removal of the protective film will deem the product used and will therefore not be eligible for a refund. Magic Mirror is not responsible for any returns postage unless otherwise agreed. We do not accept responsibility for misuse of our products. It is the responsibility of the customer to use the products with discretion. We do not accept responsibility for damage or defect of goods arising from incorrect storage or use by the customer. We accept no liability for loss or consequential damage arising from the goods supplied. Please refer to our care instructions listed in this document and posted out with every product.
